Category and country sorting in the contents box (cleanup suggestion)
I would suggest to sort the countries/regions alphabetically.
Further, I don't think it makes sense to arrange the countries like they are at the moment (inconsistently). Why is Europe listed as country, it is not a country. I propose either to move all listed European countries as subsection under Europe or to remove Europe.
