Problem of RevealXR30 FastFrame. The thermal imaging camera not working...

Hello!

I have bought used RevealXR30 FastFrame from "http://www.ebay.com/itm/222333765571" and the thermal imaging camera not working  ;( The new firmware doesn't work too ;(

I recorded a video of this problem:
