Hello guys.
I need specs for the following thermal cameras, but I cannot find them on internet.
Bullard T3
Cadillac Thermal Night Vision
E2V Argus 3
ISI Vision 3
ISG Firecam k80
I need to know the sensor type, resolution, frame rate, and FOV.

The original Bullard T3 used a Raytheon 2000AS, and moved up as cores improved. 50° FoV

Cadillac Thermal Night vision used a Raytheon BST

e2v/Marconi Argus 3 used both Raytheon BST or 2000AS, as Vipitis says the specs are on my website. 50° FoV

ISI Vison 3 used a Raytheon BST. 50° FoV  Photo below. 
A close cousin of the ISG K90

ISG Firecam 80 was an early ULIS sensor (need to check which). 55° FoV
