Help modding Flir i3 1st gen, file needed

Hi guys, I have already modded my Flir i3 to it's maximum 120×120 resolution, but I want it to have 140×140 like the 2nd gen ones.
I think the file "\FlashFS\system\fpga_isc0601_120x120_c16.bin" is the key, anyone having the newer 140 version willing to share? Thanks so much.

Thanks Peter, but you can search on the internet and there are both spec existing, and I remember I saw people mention that's the difference between gen1 and 2.
The output file is always 240×240 jpeg among all i series, even on i3, so it's not easy to tell the real resolution just by looking at it.
If you can, please find that file in your camera and tell me the file name of yours. Thanks.
