I recently got a thermal camera NEC S30W, but I didn't get the software disk.
The camera does not have buttons or display and is entirely controlled over a network.

The disc from the kit is called "S30-727 S30 Remote Program Ver1.0A"

I already wrote to NEC/Avio, but as I expected, they did not give me software. They motivated this that exactly my camera (serial number) for the internal Japanese market.

That is a pity :(

I recall that they were not the most helpful of companies when I contacted them a few years ago. Sadly professional thermal camera kit like this is often challenging when it comes to support if you are not the original purchaser and many companies charge extra for replacement software, or ask you to take out a years support contract before helping. The pitfalls of buying professional thermal imaging kit that likely was very expensive and so support can be expensive/original purchaser only.

I have software for the other NEC AVIO professional cameras but some are for viewing saved images and others were expensive optional software to control the camera and stream images. I suspect the software you require was a chargeable product, even if included with the camera. That will make it very challenging to find for free on the internet :( Even if you do, it may require registration to activate it. The was an SDK available for the camera, but, from memory, SDK's were also a chargeable package.

There was 3rd party software that controlled NEC AVIO cameras and NEC AVIO bought the rights to use it as their own. In its original version it was "WhiteBlue Software" and it contained modules that were individually purchased for different brands of camera. I have the NEC AVIO licenced version but sadly the company who wrote the software ceased supplying it some years ago and it may only be purchased from Solteccorp now.

This is the software i use. I cannot advise whether it has the required drivers for your camera though. You would have to ask Solteccorp or a NEC AVIO product agent. It is over £1000 for the licence and I do not think there is a DEMO version but you could ask. Many Demo versions did not control the camera.

OK, I did a quick search for you. I found the S30 data sheet. I actually wonder whether the S30 is based upon the F30 compact thermal camera that I own. It may have just had an ethernet port added to the design.

The data sheet states that the NS9500LT software will work with the S30. The NEC AVIO software naming convention is an absolute nightmare but there are some free versions and you may be lucky if it works with the S30 camera.

Datasheet is here (comment on NS9500LT bottom left corner note)

Look at the carious software that is available here.....

Try the NS9500LT software and see what happens.

Datasheet says ,that NS9500LT can be used for thermal images analyze which were saved on PC, but for saving you need  - Remote Control SW.

F30 - has SD card and USB, S30 - doesn't.

In that case you are out of luck on the official controller software. NEC AVIO are a major player in thermal imaging within ASIA, but never really did much to push into the Western markets. Support and parts supply are sketchy to say the least. I knew a UK dealer but he has since gone out of business so the road ends on this matter for me.

Good Luck
