If your cameras firmware appears to operate correctly whilst in “Service mode” you could try comparing the configuration files found in the Factory configuration folder with those in the operational folder and even transplant them across to see if the camera will operate normally when using that factory configuration. The factory configuration folder was used at the factory and in service centres as a safe baseline configuration. You can edit the configuration files after confirming correct operation of your camera.
If you cannot get the camera to provide a normal thermal image when the factory configurations are transplanted in to the operational folders, you have a more complex problem to solve.Thankfully your camera basically runs a similar firmware to that found in the E4 that is well supported on this forum. Be very careful before using E4 files in your B335 though as they are not identical firmwares.
If this is the camera from eBay with the broken lens, I shall be very interested to hear your thoughts on how you intend to repair that lens block. I have checked my archives and sadly I do not have a 9fps version of firmware for your camera. I cannot recall whether there are different firmware builds for 9fps and 60fps cameras.
