Uni-t uti722/261M camera, does it work with some Windows app??

Hello all, my boss asked me to get a thermal camera in budget of 300 euro for our company workshop. Seems like this uni-t uti261(chinese version) and 722M (EU version) not the bad choice at all. But since we need it to use on desktop PC, is there owners of any of these two model who can confirm it works with some Windows software? On russian forum people say it works with android apps like P2Pro, Topdon TC001. But these apps exist in Windows version too. Any input much appreciated.
