Hi all,
I have recently acquired one of these cameras to use with a Samsung S8 which is on their compatibility list
However when I connect it and use P2 Pro or pretty much any of the recommended software all I see is the opening page of the ap but no thermal image.
I have tried several combinations for connecting the camera such as directly in to the charging port and various cables including the one supplied with the camera.
I have also tried these setups with other mobile phones on the compatible list with much the same result.
From what I have seen on various YouTube videos it should be pretty much a plug and play situation.
Having said that I have also read that there exist specific OTG cables.
Is this something I need as I understand there an extra pin to the standard USB cables?
Can anyone suggest anything I might have missed or need to configure.
