I will give another example. Ceramic capacitor 0.47 pF. The distance between the capacitor terminals exactly matches the distance between the tweezers tips.

At ~ 0.48pF @ 10KHz the DUT impedance is ~33MΩ and test current is only ~30nA  :o

At this high Z level we would put more faith in a mechanically & electrically stable SDM Test Fixture with an LCR Meter than tweezers where hand placement, tweezer orientation, DUT orientation & mounting all can have significant measurement influences.
