Getting ready to buy

Hi everybody,

I have an opportunity to buy a still in the box yokogawa DL7100. So, I am looking for someone in the Los Angeles or Ventura County area to help me with this purchase. Specifically, if someone can look at it and test it I guess. I am only in my second year of Electrical Engineering so my knowledge is limited. I have access to the scope and can bring it to you.
