I bought this exact unit locally, but the front banana ports have issues. The left black screwon terminal is missing (the cap, the lug is there) and the right lug has something jammed in there. I want to replace them.

Is this a custom fabbed part or is there a standard lug and screw I can replace this with?

I have this exact same load, and those banana posts are a much larger size than a standard banana post; that's because they need carry at least 30A which is what the load is rated for.  Standard banana posts are rated for only 15A or 20A, and are physically smaller is size than these larger capacity posts.  I don't know where you could find the 30A banana posts, I've never seen them in Digikey or Mouser or any other distributor.

They sell 30A binding posts somewhere.  I've taken them off of surplus electronics and I just installed a bunch of them on five of my power supplies.  I'll look and see if I have more of them and if there's a name on them.

Probably these ones you may consider:

Hirschmann PKI 110, rated at 35A, available in red and black. Found on ebay (no affiliation with seller).

https://www.ebay.com/itm/302605836711  <-- red

Or, if you like more this version:
Hirschmann PKI 10A, rated at 35A, more colours and gold-plated ones available.

Sure they exist (not the fake ones from Ebay):

The big question however is whether these would fit in the same mounting holes.

When I mentioned that I had never seen them at Digikey or Mouser, I meant that I had never seen any that are IDENTICAL to the posts used in the Kikusui load.  If you can get the other ones to fit in the same mounting hole without modifications that would work fine, but my guess is the mounting configuration would be different.

My guess is that Kikusui used a 'local' Japanese brand which could be hard to find in the rest of the world.

Thanks guys I'll just get the 35A ones from digikey. It's not a big deal if they fit the chassis or not because I can just 3d print some spacer between the binding post and chassis to make it fit.

So if you own this unit and need new binding post. These are good.
