I think that Owon and Uni are almost at the same level in terms of quality.
At least based on the ones that came into my hands.
Of course, it also depends on who needs what.
Owon multimeters are good, I personally prefer the Bluetooth versions.
A B35T+, B41T+, CM2100B, HDS272s, HDS2202, VDS1022, SMP6103
The multimeters are average, better than the other low-end ones, the Uni-t can be on the same level.
With the CM2100B, many people brought up the bug that the input does not have as much protection as the others. It survived for me when I wanted to measure ~230V and it happened to be in continuity testing or resistance measuring function.
I think the HDS series is good, but I can't decide whether the fact that, for example, there are already 6 different hardware versions from the HDS272s, with their own firmware. This is good or bad.
There are minor bugs, but they are not as big as Fnirsi.
I did not use the VDS1022 much, it was inconvenient to use for smaller measurements.
But it looks better than a Hantek
I have no problems with the PSU apart from the noise. It fits what I bought.
However, based on a few of my tests, it responds slowly.
with a 100 Ohm load.
Switching off from 5V to 200mV 315ms.
Also, there is another phenomenon that when I measure the output with a scope and make a short circuit, the 5V turns into a couple of 70V spikes. for a few ns.
