Buy DS1202Z-E ?

Hi, any reason not to buy a Rigol DS1202Z-E ?
Is it better then the DS1054Z if you compare the FFT and other functions,
or is the processor the same slow thing ?
Looking nice as first digital scope.

I believe it's exactly the same as the DS1054Z except 2 channels/200Mhz and external trigger input (the 'E' in the name).
