quantum sigma quantum spectrum software question
« on: December 26, 2013, 01:59:30 pm »
Hi Everyone,

My Rigol DSA815 TG Spectrum Analyzer came with software called "quantum sigma and quantum spectrum (PC) installer".  I looked for a write-up and found none. Does anyone know anything about these programs?

Thanks, Gary

I guess you mean "Ultra-Sigma" and "Ultra-Spectrum" ?

Thanks,
Sorry I had too many windows open for reference. I guess I'll ask over at the Rigol site.

In case anyone is interested, I got a reply  from Rigol.

"UltraSigma gives you a free program to control the instrument remotely using single commands. UltraSpectrum is an additional software package that gives you full front panel control of the instrument remotely. You probably don't need either, but they help if you are making automatic measurements or wish to present live information to a classroom."
