Some people like to play music in the lab and this justifies purchasing it as a multimeter. Plus it can be handy to have the mute button right there.

If a factory in China makes Multimeters on one assembly line and bluetooth speakers on another line it is inevitable that sooner or later the two will cross breed and generate a mutant hybrid. There are endless examples of such mutations. It is not even complete products merging. there can be parasitic infestation like coloured LEDs where none should be, or USB ports or worse micro SD card slots or Solar panels.

It has been happening for decades. Who remembers the DMM/calculator?  Some hybrids run rampant and take over completely like weeds. It was genius to add a phone to a camera.

I used to work with a tech, a big hulking brute sized individual, who would sit in his chair quietly stroking and polishing his Widlarizer  if you casually wanted to inflict your taste in music on his ears.  :-DD

Based on the comment about bluetooth makes everything better.  The next big technological leap is...

...and to think. I didn't think hot sauce could get much better!
Why exactly do people feel I should have read their post before I responded?  As if that was necessary for me to get my point across.

Sure, that's a great idea and all, but... does it have a standard headphone jack?

I can't work effectively without another cable running across the desk.

(Starts working on top secret record-player / oscilloscope hybrid project...)

Its awesome, you lot have no taste.
The only possible improvement would be RGB lighting.

More seriously, for the tiny hobbiest setup, having multiple DMM's for the moments you need to track Volts and Amps, this makes the secondary one somewhat more space saving.

I'm sure everyone on the TEA thread will consider it a "requirement" in the lab.  ;D

That looks like the kind of product the Japanese would have made in the 1990s. They loved wacky combinations of functions, but few ever reached outside Japan.

someone here rehouse his Aneng Q1 as a  bench meter  yet

PROS:
1 BIG   DISPLAY
2 DIRECT ONE BUTTON SELECTION
3 10Watts  buzzer

CONS:
1 INVERTED DISPLAY sucks
2 LASY BARGRAPH
3 Buzzer must be doubled with quick flash light for a loud work envierements
