WFM file format for Rigol DHO800/900 oscilloscopes

Below is partial documentation for the WFM file format for the Rigol DHO800/900 oscilloscopes.  Its format greatly differs from prior Rigol scopes.  Official documentation for this file does not appear to be available.  This is from the v01.02.00.02 firmware.

Once I realized that the WFM file format does not support the Logic Analyzer, I stopped researching it.  Hopefully this work will still be useful to some folks.
