i would pick a Brymen right away
We did saw in the past bad designs or quality issues with CEM, not sure if this one is better
and once again the "fake" look a like 500k count range is a resolution gimmick not an precision, i have it on my Amprobe (same Brymen chipset) and i use it rarely, aznd yes it will be slower in speed sampling / measurements
And sometimes on fleabay you can snatch an 859S (S= beter backlight dispertion) and hold still better on a bench for lower price
Many meters are based on the same Brymen chipset
