Good evening to all members of the forum,

my name is enzo and after I received my new: Owon sds1104 I've been going crazy for 4 days, I can't install the right drive and consequently the Oscillometer won't connect to my lapTop!

I installed: Windows 11 64bit!

I don't understand anything and I don't know what to do anymore!

Browsing I found your forum and I hope that someone can help me solve this problem!

Waiting for your reply,

best regards

I don't know about the computer connection. A USB stick drive has to be formatted with FAT32, Allocation Unit Size 4k.  Allocation Unit Size is generally 16k with current USB stick drives. I use an old 8Gb drive for my Owon SDS7102 rather than reformat a large drive. I have only used the USB to save screenshots.
