Keithley 2010 firmware, bad checksum?

Hi everyone,

I have a Keithley 2010 in repair that seems working but running the diagnostic tests fails
the 100.1 and the 100.2 sporadically also.
Performing the gpib test '*TST?' , which should verify the checksum of the rom,
I get the result '1' who correspond to test failed.
Question: has anyone the firmware backup of the Keithley 2010 or can verify whether his
instrument give '0' like result of this test?
My firmware is 'A09'.
