Seller "refurbished" HP3615A

I wonder if the refurbishment process involved smacking the poor thing with a hammer a few times?!!

Doesn't look that bad. I'd guess the refurbishment process involved checking it over for damage from whatever did that, and perhaps repairing. If it were a bit cheaper (and I were in the market for a PSU) I'd buy it.

Actually removing the dents from the case would be quite difficult to do right, and it doesn't affect operation, so...

The odd multimeter or 2 or 3 or 4...or........can't remember !.
