just bought this gizmo from ebay


i stopped buying this kind of things  because their software is downloable from baidu only but it is nearly impossible to create an account on these servers...
i tried to contact this merchant and he sent me a url where i had been able to download the software easily BEFORE i buy this gizmo... this software is available at  https://www.adrive.com/public/kar3TH/ATT20181124.zip 
i also try to attach this small downloaded software to this post but unsure it will work... maybe that could help somebody ?

The app is called ATT presumably for attenuator but bizarrely they're also using the AT&T "death star" logo. They include a JPG of the logo including the AT&T text as well.

Even if they didn't supply the app, you could make a replacement very easily. It appears as a serial port and they describe the protocol on the auction page. It is very simple with only two commands where "r\n" returns the model number and "wvXXYY\n" sets the attenuator to XX.YYdB.
