Just curious: At what point did BD upgrage to a 3D model of himself?

It lives again!

Took my time putting it back together; no surprises this go around. Added the extra fan I thought I wanted, added the USB-C topside too.

Booted right into the original RAID without even a whimper. Now time for all the housekeeping of bringing up a Windoze machine that's been dead for a couple months...

Apple Cinema Display doesn't like it... I think I just don't have the right adapter to give it a proper Dual-Link DVI signal.

Does anyone by change has manuals or schematics of a cossor 333A , it looks like a 431M but its not.(431M i found a service manual)
i have been looking for a while, but did not find anything.
also biccotest and biddle, technicome... did not show a 333A.

My guess: yes - by looking at the available controls this should be some kind of TDR. Look at the pulse width control, the shorter the pulse, the finer the distance resolution. There's "us" written above the switches so I suggest its for longer (>100m) cables. For short distances (cm to 10m, like the Tek 1502) you'd want step signals with sub-ns (100ps range) rise times. The longer distance ones (>10m like the Tek 1503) use half wave sinusoidal pulses with selectable pulse widths.

Just got 3x Agilent branded 2007 vintage 34401a (+ 2x Agilent branded 10833B 2 meter GPIB cables) for 1274 USD include shipping.
The cal menu displays 2012 or 2013 as calibration message.
Now I need a precision DC source. 
I don't know how to stop TEAS.

Just got Yokogawa 2553 DC Voltage Current Standard from the local TE market for 358 USD exclude shipping.
No calibration sticker on it.
Standard and meters have been warmed up for about 1 hour.
I think it's accurate enough...

No guess, it is a TDR, It's earlier than the 431M and for longer cables. Cossor were been making portable TDRs back in the 60's. The CM110 and T213 were earlier models. I had a military version of the CM110 back in th early 80's.

i thought you kept your original too ... but you prob. have a SVA too in your store...
but i will later... flashing firmware on siglent, the SPD3xxx was my first, next i try the LeCroy in my SDG1010 and when i feel comftable i might indeed go for it..
that was the reason in the first place to go for the SSA3021X-Plus  because you can..

First venture into RF black magic was a SSA3032X and then I got a SVA1015X to play with too but when SSA3000X Plus models were released it was plain to see they had many features of the SVA1015X however when SVA3032X was released with betterer specs that aligned with SSA3021/32X Plus I had to have a SVA3032X that is now my primary SA and VNA and now both the older units have gone to new homes when the right buyers turned up.

Real lucky I can buy nice toys for myself and demo duties relatively cheap.
