Convenient coffee comes in bags and it’s better than instant (yuck)

This one isn't that bad:

Indeed.  20ºC is where the habitable zone starts.

Dropped back to 18.5C as the Seabreeze has come in here at 6.30pm the tough decision is to get a jacket on and ...

Big girl's blouses the lot of you!  :)

Wut?  :-//  ;D

BGBC is a feminist empowerment group like UltraViolet, only not quite as PAC-driven. More aimed at self-development; getting women to value themselves as persons. Whole thing started because of how difficult it is for women even a few sizes larger than Barbie proportions (which proportions are literally not physically possible for the human genome) to find clothes that are even slightly attractive.

They're a convenient target for the 4chan Bro Brigade, Meal Team 6ers, etc because they're actually nice aboot it rather than militant. When those wastes of skin aren't spewing vitriol at furries, that is.  :palm:

Interesting. Is this old colloquial or recent internet slang? Just curious if it was formative or derivative of BGBC. The latter is the only place I know the term from.

Those things are fucking vicious; I've nipped the web between thumb and forefinger a couple times. Don't even realize it until you see blood where it shouldn't be. :scared:

I found them at one of the local dollar stores for $4 a pair; when I realized they were full-tang handles and whittled from 3mm stainless, I went back & cleared the place out. Still have a couple unopened pairs in the back of a drawer.  :-+

A luxury TEA question / advice sought: Today I spoke with my accountant and 2020 was financially a lot better than I thought, so I want to treat myself to something above my normal price limit (I usually buy defective devices and fix them, very rarely above €500). The Keithley 6500 has been on my "I want!" list since it came out and I now have the funds to afford it. But... I'm not sure. My main Desk DMM is a Keithley 2000, which I will never part with and is my most used device, but if you had the funds for a 6500 and wanted to buy a new DMM, would you choose the 6500 or would you buy a different DMM (and why)?

A big public thank you to BU508A, who did not just send me those 3.3 V references with adapter boards (overnight), but included 2 russian precision capacitors!

I never expected something like that. Very much appreciated!
