BU508A: There's a proper decimal point between 0 and 9, so wrong answer too.
Hint: There's a resistor, an Ampere setting and a Volts reading ...
The cabling doesn't seem to be intact, it goes off screen, also at nA don't you have to be much more careful of shielded cables, ptfe pref, also the resistor and cable sitting on the top of a ? metal earth shield of the smu, shouldn't the DUT be shielded separately and be up at the potential of the source, ie proper triax set up?
