Yeah I’d probably buy that and it’d stay down.
Mine stays up. At work, that is. I stand all the time, helps with carpal, helps with back and shoulder pains, keeps me awake, etc.
My own workshop, OTOH, has a large ex-military desk in oak veener, with two sets of drawers under. Extremely sturdy, very heavy. Does
not adjust height. What aligns my workspace with that of supperman is that while he's got shag carpet, I've got raised flooring (got 20sqm with stands and all for nothing from a datacenter that was going out of business, they had gotten it second-hand as well) and small components disappear pretty much the same way in both: Forever.
TEA for tonight: I learned from another thread here (there are other threads, actually!) that video distribution amps work for 10MHz reference as well. I've got a S-video matrix by Extron, which also works pretty well. It bloody well should, they claim 150MHz bandwidth...
Probably needs a pad on the input though; the waveform coming out does not look like what went in, every other crest is WAY bigger than the others... The PM6662 happily consumes it, but the Scopemeter proudly claims that it is a 5,00MHz wave...
