with the 1432-N, 1432-M, and mod'd 1432-M, I am good from 0.1R - 110M. The next unit will start at 100M and get  up to (through) 10G.

I scored a REAL load in addition to the AC/DC-Electronics one AND a HP 4-quadrant power supply.
The load might work or not - we'll see.

Pictures here:
https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/list-your-test-equipment-score-here!/msg2155729/#msg2155729

There is another one of the same type next week on Ebay.de.

I'm working on a triax adaptor kit now. One needs at least two 2-lug/3-lug and the other way round, adaptors to BNC, and there is a triax variant of TNC too. What I have is some in-series 3-lug stuff from Milbus activities. With this stuff, they all seem to have agreed on really scary pricing.
Must not be deterred. I will carry on until I can adapt any waveguide to random plumbing! :wtf:

Next you'll be telling us you're strapped for time to clean it up to something like respectable.  ::)   :P :bullshit:
It's respectable. It's under the covers. It works. I'm not trying to win any beauty contests. Out of sight. Out of mind.  ;D
LOL, I know.....just poking some borax.  ;D

Like mnem I like to have them tidy under the hood just in some way to not hinder airflow and to have better access when chasing the dust out.

Mine's not that tidy. Absolute bare minimum to be functional and not a can of worms; I've actually mellowed quite a bit in my old age.  :-DD

I almost bought one of those NZXT H-series cases; I've always liked their design ethic. But it was twice as much as the Thermaltake V200 Amazon tempted me with:palm:

I started my decade collection thanks to beanflying. Both Cambridge from the UK, one decade resistor and one decade capacitor.

Well, two of those in the V200 are from the radiator in the AIO LC... a poorly chosen layout. I'd have done a front-mount rad for that build.  :-+

While I'm no fan of the unicorn blarff color scheme they chose to showcase with that AIO LC unit, I can't wait 'til the V200 case gets here. I can't find my bin of fans to replace the 80mm in the back of the HP with something larger and/or thermal-controlled, and it's driving me starkers.   |O

The word is "maybe". ;) I'll make that decision when I have a chance to see where I'm going with this build.  :-+ I'm planning to mod in a CPU thermometer and maybe try to shoehorn my drive bays right there at the front of the PSU channel. And maybe a USB3.0 card reader. And maybe a phased plasma rifle in the 40KW range...  :P

Thank you!  8)

The seller wouldn't let me take these either, so I am sure they'll pop u on eBay or they'll come back trying to sell them here. There are a few brother's that get various pieces, etc...a bunch o shit. If they come back, dont get sucked in.

We had a nest on the shed in the back garden a few years ago. That's a metal shed so they got doused in an entire bottle of 99% isopropyl and then lit up. I did this at night for effect. Total carnage. All gone in seconds.

Ground diggers wasps are the real bastards. I still have burn marks on my lawn from disposing of them three years later  :-DD

Yup. They'll sting so fast... by the time you realize what's happening, there's a line of stings up your leg like stitches from a sewing machine.

And THEN they fucking swarm you.  :scared:

My ballsack is just cringing at the idea of riding those cellular tires on anything but astroturf. And the "motorcyclist" in me cringes at the idea of how sloppy everything on the frame will feel after just a few hours riding, and how the entire COG is going to be out to lunch with that single hub motor. You notice they don't dare ride the fucking thing at anything approaching highway speeds. :palm:

[EDIT]

But yeah; really nifty on the large-scale 3D printing technology... not entirely sanguine about this project as an example though. A $40,000 printer + $2,600 in materials = a street motorcycle that's not fit for purpose; little more than a novelty.  :o

All very true of course but just look at that finished quality unless your going to tell me that each piece has been sanded to perfection  :-//

Mock all you like, but think back to the Wright Brothers and how they must have been mocked with their heavier then air machine and its first few feet of flight compared with what we have achieved today with planes made out of metal many times heavier than their machine

Toddles back  to back to wrestling with electronic cad programs  :palm:
