Used Fluke DP120 20MHz HV differential probe, complete with all accessorizes and even with it's original box, $45, too expensive ?

Yeah, those MicSig ones have been looking funny at me too. I think I prefer something more reputable, though.

If they're genuine and they come with warranty... Hmmmm. Well, a quick visit to TEquipment reveals that original list back in the day was ~US$647. That said... so was an Ipwn 3S, now look what it's worth. ;)

If they're genuine and not abused, I'd buy them for $45, no problem. The attenuators (20X/200X) aren't too high for general bench use, either. That's the only thing that I'm not crazy about with the MicSig (50X/500X). Dave's Sapphire probes are 10X/100X, which is quite nice for general use, but quite a bit more expensive.

Consider this: Probing live circuits with your scope with the same flexibility and peace of mind as with a quality DMM. I still find it odd that most scopes don't have differential operation by default.

You mean 56km ;)
My car speedo is in miles so are the route signs on the roads so for me its miles still  :-DD on the plus side however, my car also displays the speed in km's as a small digital readout so you can take your pick which you use. >:D

I prefer wheels.  >:D
1 KM = .62 Miles
1 KM = .54 Wheels

If anybody gets the reference i salute you.

So I toddled off to evilbay to look at Differential probes available and I brought this UNI-T clamp meter for far to little (I am sorry world) :o

eBay auction: #https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/UNI-T-UT210E-Digital-Clamp-Meter-Multimeter-Handheld-RMS-AC-DC-Mini-Resistanc/112896583684?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649

That's too cheap. Hmm, I don't see any active listings for that seller and almost all 434 completed listings occurred on March 8 within a span of 10 minutes. Very peculiar.

Even more concerning, the listing has been removed from Ebay, sorry Bean but it looks highly like a evilbay con to me, get you claim in quick for a refund.

It may be a geo filter thing. If I appear to be in Australia when visiting the .au site, then I do see current listings and 500+ sold, but they're still in peculiarly large batches.

Yep dodgy. Money will come back via paypal/evilbay no doubt. I really want a low current clamp meter and the cruddy uni-t is actually one of the best for this  :o

edit nope they are gone

Yep, I agree dodgy, just got the listing up and checked the feedbacks, 4 negative and 4 neutral in the last month and the seller has had 3 identities since April 2017 and all feedbacks are the same regardless whether you click on seller or buyer etc and all are listed as private?

Maybe the listing in Aus is just about to be taken down as well?

Tangentially TEA related. Well I got woken up by a car alarm going off at 05:30. someone else resolved this with a brick after 40 minutes plus some shouting and then the arrival of a police car. Then at 8:00 on the dot the Jehovas Witnesses recruitment corps which triggered me into a furious rant about their pedo doomsday cult and suggesting that I roll up the watch tower and smoke it because it’ll be better for my general health than the words in it.  Now I’ve got to go out and find some meat because all the bloody shops are shut because someone wrote in a book 2000 odd years ago that some dude that pissed off the Romans magically came alive again. The marketoids somehow managed to relate this to chocolate eggs which means the kids are going to be sick later.

So the TEA link. There’s bugger all that appears this Sunday on eBay ever. Grr. Because people have better things to do apparently. How dare they. Plus deliveries are whacked for the next couple of days which means I can’t complete anything I have on the go :(

Perhaps I should try and clean the vertical pots on my 465...
