I don't mind big pix; I just try and make my replies smaller by resizing pics other folks have already seen. You can still see all that luscious Philips pulchritude just by clicking on the thumbs.
This is something I really don't understand: Why would you even include/quote the pictures that are already in this thread in your reply? Sometimes I see one sentence replies that quote an enormous post and I really can't imagine why... I guess its not taking any server storage space but still I have to scroll past something I have already seen at least one time to get to the reply
Because very often the reply is a page or three after the original post, and it points to relevance. I also add thumbs to pix that are just attachments if the conversation is about something in the pic; I consider it to be simple courtesy.
In this case, however, it was mostly so I could repost some truly delicious TEA pr0n and thereby have a hand in promoting it.
I also consider it to be simple courtesy to (SNIP) out excessive iterations of older posts in my replies; I do it all the time.
I guess my definition of "excessive" and yours differ.
Oh well.
