Infrared thermal camera and humidity measuring device for house

Hi,
while looking for meters I saw that you can buy electronics pretty cheap on aliexpress or banggood. I am thinking now about getting some more stuff for my house.

 I was thinking about a thermal camera for finding cold spots or locating floor heating pipes.

 Also I need to buy a reliable humidity measuring device (for testing like humidity of walls or maybe wood).

 Maybe somebody here knows already some good devices and can give me a start in the jungle of devices ;-)
