Recommendation for insulation tester for automated testing line

I need an insulation tester that can be controlled from a computer, with 1000V test voltage. This would be part of an automated production line.
Could someone recommend such a device?

range of current?

application eg transformer/motor insulation test?

Here is a more detailed description of requirements:
- The factory produces mains (230/380 V) cables equipped with cable head on both side
- Instrument is intended to use in a factory line as test gear.
- Test test voltage is 1000V DC and the resistance between the cable conductors needs to be measured.

One of my customers uses the GW Instek GPT-9804 on the production line for their final insulation and ground bond tests.
It is controlled via LabView.

GW Instek have cheaper models in the series if you don't need all the features.
