Rigol MSO1104 CSV export problem [SOLVED]
« on: December 26, 2014, 12:08:20 am »
Two more problems when exporting the waveform data as a CSV...

1) I'm not sure if this is a bug, or just the way CSV export works, but the Sequence column skips numbers  Eg, a 30kpts export did this at 16k...

16381   -4.91   4.31   5.24   0x53
16382   -4.91   4.31   5.24   0x53
16383   -4.91   4.31   5.24   0x53
65536   -4.91   4.31   5.24   0x53
65537   -4.91   4.31   5.24   0x53
65538   -4.91   4.31   5.24   0x53

I'm not sure if that is a bug, or the sequence number is related to internal storage, but it does seem to always increase.

2) The other problem, the logic analyser output doesn't seem to be anywhere near what was captured.  I captured 3 lines of SPI (MOSI, CLK, CS) in both analog and digital, and there was no change in the digital output that matched the analog.  In fact, I only exported 3 bits of LA data, I get 7 bits randomly toggle. (which could explain why SPI decoding doesn't work).
