Rohde & Schwarz FSH3 unsuccessfull fairmware uppgrade

Hello,

Tried to uppgrade the fairmware of  my FSH3  to version 1.40 through the optical cable but the uppgrade program crashed after 37% and now the instrument is dead, only beep one when I press the power on , no display, no communication is possible anymore. NAy clues what can be done?

Jag har samma problem med min Fsh3, försökte köra in V,14 men efter uppdateringen är skärmen svart. Hur löste du de?
