Dave inspired me to start a video blog series I call the "I kinda sorta know what I'm doing" series. episode 1, where I battle bad lighting and pushing the wrong button, is a Tenma teardown. Thought you all might be interested.
I don't have the Australian accent, hope you can forgive me.
I figure as I figure it out, the lighting will get better, etc.
Two things I didn't mention: The solder quality is HORRIBLE (the through hole plated joints aren't done all the way through) and the switches are interesting in that there's no logic behind how they work. All of the LEDs, etc, are done from the switches themselves. It's truly a very simple circuit.
