HP 89400 Series VSA Options Disk

I am trying to track down the "Options Disk" files for a HP 89400 series vector signal analyser (89440a in particular). There are a few software option upgrades that came on a 3.5" floppy disk. I have done a quick search online and haven't been able to find much, I thought HP/Agilent/Keysight would have been nice and released the files for download but it doesn't appear so.

I was wondering if anyone on the forum had any of the option upgrade disks and/or files for this series of equipment, or at least know of a way to get a copy? (yes, I will purchase the legitimate disk)
