and again a new update -> the Eeprom arrived... the FATAL: 250 NVstorage too small more bytes requested then available -> is gone fixed!
now i only have this ERROR: Diagnostic test failure nvlibrarianDiags, libs with crcc failures: , ExtConst
still FAIL +++ CPU/DRAM Processor +++  i assume a matter of calibrating?

My oscilloscope has the same problem as yours.
I replaced X24C02 with AT24C02 ，but the problem remains.I can't read its data and back it up
My oscilloscope is TDS784D.
Can you give me some help？

here is the result of my Scope.. as asked in an other topic working 100% and one of the options is 2M.
the clue was place both 24C02 on the board empty don t programm/flash them with sh*t from other scopes....just take your FAS and recalibrate the unit and it is going to work.

tek firmwarelist: difference in versions depends on board versions.(serials at the backside B0xxxxx)
