I thought, I am the only one, which is after a device like that. Hesitating to add a Fluke 54200 to my collection...

Although Philips PM5644 is actually a TV pattern generator, there are many models of PM5644, such as PM5644G/00, PM5644M/00, PM5644L/00, PM5644/85(PAL Plus), PM5644G/924, etc., which you guys have. Is this or not? Please reply to me.
