keysight 3446XA firmware 3.0.3

For the Keysight 3446XA owners out there, firmware 3.0.3 is out with some fixes to the web UI.  Update was painless as usual, I used the front USB to upgrade the units, and I was able to successfully update  both a 34461A and 34465A to the latest firmware.
