Hello,
I am trying to communicate with an SRS PS365 remotely using a computer. From what I read in the manual, it can communicate through RS-232, so I figured I can try and create a python program (using pyserial) to communicate with it.
I am currently able to see the USB-to-RS-232 chipset that is integrated into the cable I am using through the device manager. I am able to open and close the port through the python program, although that helps me little. Outside of that, when I try to use PuTTY to communicate with it as well, the terminal pops up and just sits there loading. SRS said I am on my own and they don't really offer support in trying to figure this out. Any help would be super appreciated!
Thanks,
Dan
