LG - EZ Digital (was "OEM of these DSO's ?")

I'm trying to figure out who designed these, to me they look very GW Instek but can't seem to find a model with the exact same front panel layout.
Also could any owners of these or OEM model give me the approximate boot time?

Answering myself as it often occurs....

They're not GW Instek, made by LG / Gold star / EZ Digital.

Any owners of these or similar looking models who would care to do a firmware dump ?
The ROM / Flash should be socketed so easy enough.

Sharing my copy of firmware 2.2 for DS-1150 / Française d'instrumentation FI 3215.
I'd be grateful if anyone with a higher revision (multilingual) would go to the bother of dumping theirs. I expect not. (Expect nothing, you won't be deceived.)
