These explanations are very different from the retailer.
So If we hope to decode 4-Wire SPI,we have to purchase 4ch model like SDS2074?
And 8ch logic probe works by merely logic timing analysis?
Nope. You missed the followup discussion.
Siglent explained that, 'I said "Decode works on analog channels for serial trigger and decode" means Decode button on the front panel is used for analog channels, Digital button controls the 8 digital channels, the digital channels support decoding, too.' So you can decode 4-wire SPI on a 2-channel model with the digital option. Which I was happy to hear. And the logic probe can be used for more than just logic timing. Up to 500 MSa/s with 14M sample depth.
Hello.
Thanks for the kind explanation, and sorry for my confusion.
I thought what you explained.LOL.
And now again,I think,I am okay with 2 ch model like SDS2072.
In website,I read the trigger is hardware-based,so is it right also decode is hardware-based?LOL
Considering the price, when I get them from China, very attractive price range.
Anyway,thanks indeed.
I hope somebody up the review on youtube, especially about I2C decoding at first.
