Siglent SDS 1052DL+ will not boot up

Hi everyone.  I just purchased a Siglent SDS 1052DL+.  I used it for about 10mins then powered it off.  I came back the next day to use it again and it has been stuck on the boot screen ever since.  I have tried doing the reset by pushing the Math button rapidly which did not work.  I also contacted Siglent but I have not heard back.  Does anyone know of any other ways to reset the scope?  Thank you.

The SIGLENT 1052 DL doesn't start for me either. Stuck at startup screen. I press the MATH button when I turn it on, but no results.

We can recover DL+ easily however we don't have any DL recovery packages.

Hello everyone, I have a RSDS 1052DL that is stuck on the logo screen, it gets as far as clicking the relays and brings up the operational led's on the front panel, then just sits there .. forever. I connected it to a serial port to see what was going on and if anyone can tell by the output if it's the software hanging or a hardware problem.

Does it have a LAN socket, if so it's a DL+.
DL+ models can be recovered with noninvasive USB recovery packages whereas older DL models cannot.

Have used mine since 2017 and Now when I need it the most, it gets stuck in boot mode.  Does anyone still have the recovery program?
