Siglent SDM3055 - stuck on boot screen

Hello Everyone,

I have the same problem with my SDM3055, it hangs on the logo. I wanted to update the software from version 1.01.01.19 to 1.02.01.27R2 

Welcome to the forum.

Gulp....from 2017  V1.01.01.19 to latest FW is a massive jump that may have been best to do in steps...
Although, at least with V1.01.01.19 we can use the USB recovery package.

Same problem here with my SDM3065. Hangs on first boot screen.

I have tried recovery file set supplied by local Siglent reseller. Flash drive flashes a few times on boot but then stops, still showing Siglent boot screen.

Does anyone have the latest recovery file set for this model.

Here I am, one more lost soul with a SDS1152CML+ scope that all of a sudden stoped booting and is stuck in the "SIGLENT" screen.
