just a few bits
first of the signal generator, using a genuine icl 8038
next up the dual power supply, must get some decent labels, but i been saying that for several years
As the transformer had multiple taps it also powers the signal generator and has a 18-0-18 v AC output around the back
And finally on the test gear, the odds and sods.
top left logic pulse generator, single shot or continuous ,below that a frequency counter, and as it used an ardunio and only 1 line of the lcd it seemed silly not to add in a capacitor meter. And next to that 8 leds in a box ,very handy for rough checking stuff were firing up the pc for the logic analyser is over kill.
With that lot ,amongst other things,i managed to throw a decent stereo together
phono pre amp and power supply ,the silver box has been painted black . 3 channel amp ,the third channel is for a sub , the case is from a dead 70's tuner and the leds aint that bright off camera, they give a nice glow through the painted scouring pad thats behind the grill . And the pre amp,old skool meets new, ardunio does the magic of controlling the 4 input relays and the 8 relays for the ladder attenuator,no scratchy volume pots here, just the clickyness of a rotary encoder.
