Latest or Best Rigol DS2000 Series software?
« on: January 04, 2017, 06:15:26 pm »
I have the Rigol DS2202 with Software version 00.00.01 and Hardware version 1.0.

I am getting the Upgrade bundle from Tequipment today to upgrade all the options from Trial to Installed - except the bandwidth, which I believe I already have purchased the top, 200 MHz, for this series.

I want to consider upgrading the scope's software at this time.

What is the latest software for this scope?

Given that all software has bugs and those in the latest version are not repaired, in your opinion what is the best version available to upgrade this machine?

Why that one vs other choices?

Thanks for your help!

v00.03.05.03.03  2017/06/26

Is the latest firmware.  I just downloaded it.  Does not seem to offer much beyond 00.03.05 which I already have.  Yours is rather old and should be upgraded if you have not already done so.

My hardware version is also 1.0
