I asked the french retailer, he told me the options are not included but I suppose they don't know because they don't have a real product in hands... so when you receive your "blank" mso4000 I would be glad to know if you have any serial decode inside ! thanks.

I checked with Tequipment - decodes are NOT included - you use the same part #s as for the DS4000 series to order decodes.

Hi Kripton,

I wanted the serial decode in the MSO4014.  And had to pay for it.
