Fluke voltage testers with and without VDE certification?

Hello, the Fluke T110, T130 & T150 voltage testers exist in a "normal" version and also a version certified by the German testing house VDE.
But why does Fluke sell two versions, would it not be cheaper to just have one with all the certifications on the same body?
I looked over the specifications but could not find any differences.
Any insight to which one is a better purchase?
At least at Elfa they all have identical prices with/without VDE certification...

I asked Fluke and they got back to me: the only difference is that on the VDE version you can not turn off the beeper.
Indeed comparing the datasheets again I see that this function is completely missing on the VDE version:

Hi, I also read at some websites, what difference only in possibility to turn off beeper on VDE version.

But me interesting - where this VDE is important or obligatory?
For example, I came somewhere and me told - "your tester isn't VDE (version), go away". Or - "Man, turn off your beeper or go".

VDE is a requirement in some countries like Germany.
But for example private companies in other countries could mandate it too.
Thankfully my company does not so I can turn off them damn beeper
