How to do a full backup copy of the system rom on these micsig scopes? for later restore if something went wrong one day?

What do you mean by "these Micsig scopes".. - which Micsig scopes are you talking about.. Micsig has quite a few, some center around Linux as perse, while later variants Android/Linux..
But since the thread is around the older isolated MSxxx series.. I don't know what OS they are running, and what you can do in regards to full backup of the ROM on Micsig's MSxxx models that also contain DMM functionality...

- likely not a lot from the looks of it, which seems to be the norm for that era, amongst small isolated handheld scopes with DMM functionality.

Ptluis, It's this MS-line, they were quite expensive, a lot more than the current consumer models from Micsig from the last handful of years..
Here in northern Europe.. the prices were from like +2K and up. (incl. VAT)

You're right, my bad. I mean Micsig android scopes, TO, STO series. I've been searching for methods to do a full backup before I buy one, but haven't found anything.
