Tektronix DPO 7000 series users?

Any Tek DPO7000 series regular users wishing to comment on these scopes as in day to day usage, GUI interactions, quirks and BW are these model hardware or software crippled?

Just picked up a DPO 7104 and unable to restore the Tek 2.0.11 firmware. Says not a DPO7000 series scope. I changed the systeminfo to be DPO7000 Series Oscilloscope but no success. Has someone been through this process to restore the firmware for TekScope DPO7104? Many thanks!
