Rigols DS1052E Run/Stop BUG
« on: August 12, 2013, 07:56:36 am »
Has anyone else experienced this issue with the Rigol DS1052E. Analyzing a waveform and when selecting the Run/Stop button to capture the waveform the vertical voltage of the trace will be divided in 2. For example if scoping a 2v p-p signal, when I select run/stop the display freezes the waveform at 1v p-p. Doesn't happen all the time but fairly predictable. Bug or am I missing a setting somewhere in the scope ?

Mine doesn't do that.
Tried 20 instances of Run/Stop selections, with no variation in voltage on the waveform. My scope runs the original 00.03.01 software version.
