Rigol DP811 USB dead?
« on: September 16, 2024, 08:21:38 am »
Insert any UFD, USB2, USB3, SD Card reader... nothing works. Tested the connector, has 5V supply, D+ D- appears ok, with 20k resistance to V-.

Insert UFD when powered up, no D: appears.

Removed LAN cable, still not working.

Am I doing something wrong? Or is there a known working UFD list, or what?

My USB2 UFD has an LED, It does not blink at all, so the DP doesn't even try to enumerate it?

Did you use FAT32 formatting? What memory size where they? I believe (not sure) they should be <8GB.

That does indeed sound like the USB port has issues in that case. Do you see any traffic on D+ and D- when you plug a stick into the port?
